A welcome email from Gary Grumbler

I want you to know I did not ask for any of this.

My daughter Carol set up these accounts. I watched. I asked questions she found embarrassing. She set them up anyway. Then apparently people started watching, and now you have gone and given me your email address, and here we are.

So. Welcome. I suppose.

Here is what is going to happen. Once a week -- probably Monday, because Mondays need all the help they can get -- you will get one line from my latest episode. The Grumble Drop. It is the thing I said that is worth thinking about after the video ends.

No sales pitch. No exclusive offer. No paragraph that starts with "I have been on a journey." Just one line. Read it. Think about it. Go about your day.

That one is from the first episode. You can watch it if you want. Or do not. I am not going to follow up and ask if you watched it. I find that kind of thing irritating.

New episodes go up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All of them are under a minute. All of them are filmed at the same kitchen table with the same mug. None of them will tell you to wake up at 5am.

If at any point you want to unsubscribe, there is a link at the bottom of every email. I will not guilt you about it. I will not send a "we miss you" message. I will just quietly remove you and we will both get on with our lives.
